I have been extremely satisfied with Jim at Central Arkansas Roofing on two separate occasions. He has always been prompt, honest, and professional. What impressed me most is that he won't try to sell you a new roof if you don't actually need one. It's refreshing to work with someone who values honesty over making a sale. So we had a tree that came into the house from the roof and unfortunately went through the ceiling sheet rock, broken beams, broken roof joist and rafters, a lot of destruction. Troy and his team came in and decluttered, evaluated and secured the roof structure to start reassembling. They took very little time to get started. In Jim We Trust! We had about 4-5 trees come down during the storms in late March 2025. And of course the last tree fell on my roof and ruined it. Through the insurance claim, I met and started working with Jim. Let me tell you: he takes all the worry out of it.
