Staff is horrible. Dr Craig is ok but talks to much. Dr Herrold is unprofessional
The doctors and staff are ok, but the clinic is VERY SMALL and crowded. It takes the nurses a long time to return your calls. Alot of times you cant get an appointment when you need it. I think they are just over worked / over booked. Dr. Champlin was our favorite doctor there. Dr. Craig tends to ramble and talk down to you. We changed to a bigger, newer clinic and are much happier.
Dr Champlan is great, he is wonderful with kids and very professional. Unfortunately, he works with Dr. Craig, who is the type of Dr. that thinks he is smarter than his patients and is very rude. He is the reason we started going to a different office altogether.
I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Graig for 7 years now. My daughter loves Dr. Champlin! Everytime I need to get my daughter in for what ever the reason may be, they get her right in...the same day if not right then..always. They have always took their time with my daughter and never rushed us. All the Drs are great and know what they are doing. I am very glad we found this place on the first shot and not have to change Drs till we found the right one after moving to AR. Keep up the good work everyone!
I love this clinic! The whole staff is warm and friendly. Anytime I call in with a sick baby they always give me a same day appointment and they show genuine concern for her health and well being, they dont make me feel like like a crazy first time mom. Theyve always taken their time with my daughter and will actually play with her during the exam instead of just getting her in and out. Its wonderful to find a clinic that actually CARES about my child.
Both of my children have been going here since birth. The staff is very friendly and Ive always been able to get in for sick visits in a timely manner. The doctors have always been great! There have been a few times Ive had to wait for quite awhile in the waiting room, but for the most part Ive been very happy with CAP. Highly recommend!
