The office staff did not file with my insurance in time and did not call the vision number on my insurance card in order to file correctly. Then when we approached them about this they admitted they made this same error and mistake with state level employees who also have my same insurance. Very unprofessional in discussing why they haven't filed correctly and they tried to say it's our fault they didn't file. Does anyone else do more than give a clinic/office a copy of their card with the numbers to call on it? Ridiculous. ... read more
Every thing from front all the. way to check out friendly professional services. The Drs are great My Dr Edward Penick Is The Best just had cataract surgery everything looks good still some adjustments but soon as I can get the other one done I shouldn't need contacts or glasses .

Professional, kind, and quick. I highly recommend using this office.
I would not recommend Dr Rozas. He inserted a drain in my eye without my consent while I was sedated at the request of Dr Lane because she had too many other patients she was operating on that day. Now I have a hole in my eye and am almost blind in my right eye. Also, He never contacted me to do a post surgery visit.
Dr. Penick is the best opthamologist. But even more he's a doctor that truly cares about his patients he treats you as if you're his family. And that's what you want as a Doctor!!!
