Went in with just half of the leaky faucet part. They identified it and even told me a trick to get the spring seated correctly. No more leaks.
What a joke the angry Lil leprechaun behind the counter was. Very snappy and not helpful in the least bit. Manager wasn't worth a damn either. This place used to be awesome, what happened to the young man who was manager? Bring him back he obviously cared. Its clear these new employees dont!!! Place has gone downhill so far ill be going to buds from now on.
Every time I need something, they have it!!! They also always help!!! The absolute best customer service!!! They save me save all the time!
They have just about everything plumbing except Kohler products. The best service and the showroom is a good place to send clients to choose product lines .
