Parts people were very polite and professional.
Forget the big box stores for your plumbing needs, this is a one stop shop, they have a huge array of options, and a knowledgeable staff. Jesse Zamora helped us look for bath plumbing fixtures, and he was very friendly, no pressure and expertly knew what we needed. I was thoroughly impressed with the advice and professional help that is just not there when you go to the big box home improvement stores.
I ordered 3 shower cartridges to be delivered because they are not in stock. It's been 3 weeks and I called to check on status and they tell me the company has merged with another company and the part is obsolete. They supposedly knew of this 2 weeks ago but didn't think calling me and letting me know I was waiting for nothing and getting me my $375 dollars back was that important.
Such friendly people here! I came in to try and buy a part, and when I realized the part wasn't quite what I needed, multiple team members helped me work through alternatives, find other locations with potential parts, even looking through spec sheets and recommending trusted plumbers to help. It turned what was a fairly stressful project into a delight. Christina rocks, thank you for your kindness, patience, and help!
Central AZ Supply has always been there for my maintenance needs. I have to say that the advice over the counter for all the "weird" things I bring is over the top helpful. Christina was able to find an obscure part for me for a 13-year old tankless water heater in only a few minutes time (after I'd been spinning my wheels for too long).
