Nice & clean store but the associates are such rude people, you can tell they get annoyed after a while if you’re taking your time looking around. not once did I feel like I wasn’t being rushed, and even then prices are a lot when asked why they were so high I was told ‘it’s how they’re marked’ I laughed because I thought it was a joke. nope. Sales person was dead serious.
Central Arizona Supply is the best Plumbing & Appliance center I have ever worked with. They always have the best service and selection! Jill & Nicole are absolutely wonderful to work with, especially when it comes to informing my clients of option and features of the products they have selected for their projects. CAS is simply the BEST!
I drove a LONG way to work with CAS. My trip home was 8 hour drive. When I arrived in Flagstaff, they brought out the wrong toilet. I said, "The part numbers don't match what I ordered." the guy said they were the right ones. I pushed back. he said they were right. He was wrong, didn't care, and was willing to send me home with the wrong toilets even though there would be no way to bring them back once I got home, and now way to get the right ones sent to me.
