Not sure about how good the doctor is, was referred by my primary doctor here and waited multiple months to visit them due to a schedule error on thier part. After they apologized for the first schedule upset, which they gratefully gave me about a days notice, they scheduled out about 6 weeks later. I should have realized there was something wrong when they didn't have any follow up calls or reminders of any sort about the upcoming appointment, or answer the phone when I called in to confirm myself. I don't understand these harsh reviews. I've been a patient there for 15 years and have never had a problem. The women at check in are always fun and friendly to me, and I'm not special. I've been seen by Primary Care and Gastroenterology with no delays in being seen, problems with scheduling and certainly no issues with patient care, else I wouldn't have stayed with them so long. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She was acting very bothered by every person coming up to the desk. Also not very professional on the phone. Very hard to get a Dr appointment unless you want to see a PA. This is not a place you you would want to build a long term relationship with. Lots of turnover with Drs.
