Poor office staff. Rude and unhelpful.
The bedside manner from my dr leaves alot to be desired. She comes into the room asked a couple of questions then I'm out the door. I'm looking for another provider. Doesn't even listen to my breathing
Exeptionally friendly, responsive and HAPPY Staff. Patients & Family can hear their smiles, even over the phone!
Not sure about how good the doctor is, was referred by my primary doctor here and waited multiple months to visit them due to a schedule error on thier part. After they apologized for the first schedule upset, which they gratefully gave me about a days notice, they scheduled out about 6 weeks later. I should have realized there was something wrong when they didn't have any follow up calls or reminders of any sort about the upcoming appointment, or answer the phone when I called in to confirm myself.
