I brought our cat, Chester, to Central Animal Hospital for a visit today and was beyond impressed with their set up due to COVID-19. I expected to need to hand him off and not be able to see him or to communicate directly with the veterinarian during his visit, but was pleasantly surprised that Chester was only out of our sight when he was being carried in and out of the building. The Doctors here go above and beyond. The compassion they show to animals and their humans is unmatched. My neighbor lost his best friend of 16 years today, and I drove them to CAH so they could help her over the rainbow bridge. The kindness that Dr. Mulcahy showed my neighbor and I was incredible. It wasn’t my dog, but she comforted me as if it was. I recently moved, but still make the 35 minute drive to them because I can’t imagine bringing my pups and kitties anywhere else!
Jack and Lucy had their first “pandemic time” visit this morning. My experience was great. Jack and Lucy were, might disagree (haha) as they did not expect to go inside while I stayed outside. But I had no doubt (after knowing Dr. Mulcahy for 43 yrs), and knowing how Caelyn truly cares for them, that they were absolutely fine! All went well and Jack and Lucy were happy and proud of themselves afterwards.

My pitty just had surgery to repair her ACL a couple days ago! Not only did they put up with me crying as they took her into the back but they were so amazing with my baby! Even all the visits up to her surgery. Very informative, made sure I knew everything that was going on and that I understood fully. They answered any questions I had! The doctor herself talked to me after the surgery to explain everything and assure me she woke up just fine.
