Was waiting in the parking lot for a long time but receptionist tried to explain that they have to clean the room between patients. I don’t understand why it took 15 minutes to clean especially because when I got to the exam room, there was fur and blood on the floor. I was there for a serious concern for my pet but I could hear staff laughing in the back.
