I am a upset fur babies Mom my babies are boarded there and I was not notified of the break in or the place being without power....Why was I not called
I love these care takers! We have been going to them for years. We lost both our else ring cats last year. They were gracious through the caring process and helped me through our last moments. They have treated all our cats and dogs and US with great respect!
Our big boy Wally has been a frequent guest of the boarding facilities at Central Animal. Wally knows he is going to Central Animal anytime he gets in the truck and my husband has his slow feed bowl! He absolutely cannot wait to get there. I highly recommend Central Animal if you need to board your cat or dog When I see Wally so excited in greeting the wonderful people working there I leave him knowing he will be well cared for and get a lot of attention! I had to take my cat of 16 years to them, so she could go on a different adventure. They treated her with the care and respect that I gave her all of her life. They made a difficult thing easier. They cared for her in life and they cared for in death. I know funeral homes that could take a lesson in the kind of care and respect they showed. My other cat is their patient and will continue to be, and when the time comes to get another pet, it will be under their care as well.
