The WORST experience I ever had with vet hospital in Canada! My cat was vomiting for almost an entire day, something that was not normal for her, then we decided to take her to the closest 24h pet hospital. Here's the list of SEVEN problems we had with this clinic, but I may be forgetting something else: (1) they asked us to leave the cat there for the entire day for a few exams, something that was not needed at all, after sharing the symptoms and talking to other veterinarians later; (2) when they asked us to pick her up at... read more
We would like to take a moment to appreciate the care and attention provided during our emergency visit, as well as for looking after Bilbo during his overnight stay. Went there with my cat at 1 in the morning and they looked at her right away, talked us through what they were going to do and got everything done within an hour and a half. So thankful for this animal hospital and all the staff was amazing and so kind
We brought in our frenchie, Rocko who just had a seizure. The staff and vet were very quick to get him treated as quickly as possible. They got him on oxygen and an IV even before the bloodwork. Which was good, because it turned out that Rocko was dehydrated. They made a follow-up call the next day.
