I called for service appointment and due to the fact that I bought my Alfa at another dealer, they said "Well our service dept isn't taking any appointments"...HOWEVER, before I had mentioned I bought my car elsewhere, I was asked for my contact number so that someone would c/b to schedule the service?! Interesting that dealers now play who they want to service or what not? Gotcha....Discriminatory at its finest with this shack of a place.

If you're buying an Alfa Romeo please think again this car is not reliable, you will need tires every year.. base and ti have these issues...check engine light comes on randomly for no reason and randomly you're car will turn off in the middle of traffic.. good luck fixing it... Fun car great handling.
