This alarm company could not keep connection to my building. So I was still charged. They could not figure it out. I went to another company and have connection with my current equipment. I also can manually operate through my phone where I could not do with central alert.
The most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. Front office staff is extremely rude and reluctant to assist when warehouse staff is unavailable. Do not bring complaints to the owner he won't believe you.
