Stay away from this doctor. She put me on a waiting list for 14 to 16 months. She clearly doesn’t care about her patients’ needs. I called and spoke with her assistant, but nobody followed up with me. When I showed up in person to ask about the referral, they lied and said they had called me — which wasn’t true. They then told me the doctor doesn’t do referrals because she can perform the surgery herself, and she prefers her patients to wait. It’s unreal. I had cateract surgery at the Innisfail Hospital, and all the check ups in Red Deer.Ophthalmologist Eye Physician and Surgeon, Dr.Kaisra Esmail, did an awesome job and all of the staff at the hospital and Central Alberta Eye Surgery were just amazing, thank you for all you do!!
Excellent work by a very talented young lady, I was almost blind and the surgery brought both eyes back to 20/20 vision, Thank you to all the staff as well .
