What a gong show. 1st time when making appts told them I had another appt 1/2 later across town. "No problem, only takes 2 minutes!" Came to appt, waited 15 minutes in wait room so not possible to get to next appt. So changed my therapy appts. They screwed that up too, had dates & times backwards, waited 1 1/2 hours next time. They threw in my face that they'd changed my appts 4 times already. That's because I was lied to first and then the mixed up the appointments. Not impressed. Disjointed and disorganized staff. Had an amazing experience at the clinic. My nurse Diane was super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her for any treatments or procedures!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic.During my 1 visit,a dermatology assistant recommended and sold me a vitamin C 30% serum with out properly assessing my skin type or sensitivity.After using the product,I experienced severe irritation,including burning,intense itching,dryness and redness.I contacted the clinic to report this reaction,but I never received a follow-up call.This lack of care and communication is very concerning.How can I trust this clinic for future treatments if there is no proper follow-... read more
