Central Alabama Wellness is not all bad. I had some really awful experiences with the PSH department and the group home I was in. I can honestly say the ACT team rocks. The therapist is open to you expressing yourself however you need to without cursing you or getting angry . The PSH therapist didn't help me when I was just trying to express my feelings. Instead he shut me down from being able to express myself and when I got fed up several times for that he would get angry or sometimes curse. I wasnt able to reach out when ... read more
