I️ love Dr.Vaughn he is very patient with you and listen to your concerns but Julie at the front desk has a very nasty attitude and a really smart mouth! She closed the window to the front desk and immediately started talking about me because I️ was early to my appointment and I️ asked how much longer was my wait be! I️ even overheard her talking about patients who called the office on the phone to her coworkers! Her attitude makes you not want to visit the office.
The doctor was very short and rude to my 87 year old Mom, his 1st words coming in to the room was "old people and being dizzy". Came in for what we thought was vertigo but he was so focus on her hearing test results and not wearing her hearing aids. Said she was not cooperative and went on about not helping herself, he just couldn't stop about hearing test and hearing aids, didn't come in for that. Dr. Vaughn has been my ENT physician for many years. He and his staff are courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
I really like coming here everyone including the doctor is very nice.
Dr. Vaughn has the worst bedside manner I have seen in a physician. He was rude and condescending to my 85-year-old mother. I don’t know how it has obtained so many good reviews. I have worked in health care administration, so I do have experience dealing with physicians, and this guy is the absolute worst. I would strongly recommend seeing another physician.
