We had an emergency of sorts one night at our mom’s house during the bitter cold snap. She was not a customer at the time, but because we are, Michael was dispatched to help within about an hour. He got the heat working again and communicated with us all along the way. Since then, Central Aire has a new customer and a very satisfied ‘old’ one! Thank you!!!
Our system was installed by another company (whom I won’t mention) back in 2016 and we have had many problems since day 1. We hired Central Aire last year for our annual maintenance programs and their technician advised us of the issues with our system; our system when built had an enormously undersized intake and almost all of our duct work was either pinched off clogged or damaged. Good Service, thanks Mr. Hodges. Disappointed that our 3 yr old Trane needed replacement parts...repair bill over $400. Thought we had purchased the best brand. We have serviced it twice a year as recommended.
Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Ensured everything with our HVAC was functioning properly for the Winter months
