Installation of my furnace and AC went well. BUT their service is terrible. When I needed a furnace check up they took two weeks to get back and service the device. When my AC stopped they never replied.
Central Air Solutions retrofitted our colonial house with central air conditioning / heat pump system. This involved installing ductwork and an air handler in the attic, running ductwork to the 1st floor via closets on the 2nd floor, placing the condensing unit outside and doing all of the associated electrical work. New installation left dinning room air duct vent not functioning. Even 4 months after installation and over 5 emails never get any response from this contractor. All phone calls only goes to voice box. As expected over 10 LVM none got call back. This is the worst experience I ever got from any contractors. Dissatisfied customer.
