Very responsive! Was quick to respond to my needs. Sent knowledgeable workers who fixed my air within a half hour and did not try to "upsell" me or tell 500 things more to be fixed as another repair company did after spending 3 hours on the same repair. I felt they were very trustworthy and honest. Will use them for all my future HVAC needs.
Austin, my service tech, arrived, assessed the problem and quickly handled taking care of the very tiny exterior gas leak previously located and marked by NIPSCO. I was told what would be done and it was handled quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Before Austin left, and because he had to briefly turn off the gas, he checked about what gas items I had with a pilot light. I was having issues with my 24yr old A/C system not cooling like it normally would. I called Sheets and someone actually answered the phone! Not AI, not a labyrinth menu to navigate, just a real life customer service agent. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment, which was very nice!
