Carlos was prompt, knowledgeable and gentile….he was also ill prepared to cover his mess he was about to make as my kitchen floor was left a mess that I had to clean!!! He also and more importantly was a little clumsy moving about in a tight kitchen space whilst the doors to the fridge were left open and the rails for the removed tray were in extension mode!
