Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. They care more about defending and protecting co-workers than patient care, contrary to the little poster hanging in the room. Never in my life, until today, have I experienced someone in the medical professional industry being literally combative with me defending one of their Coworkers. It was WILD. And the nurse manager or whatever was too busy too address the situation expeditiously. How on earth is the center care system rated number 2 in the state?!?!?! Yahhhhhh right.
Dr. Katrina Wherry and her nursing staff have been amazing providers for my elderly parents. They are receptive to our concerns, and very thoughful in their approach. Dr. Wherry has treated my family with dignity and respect. Caring for parents in later life can be so difficult. However, Katrina has been a wonderful support for us in this time. We thank you!
I've gone to this place for years due to place convenience. When I say I've had to wait at least 30mins past my appointment time, EVERY VISIT, even though the chart says docs are one time. Never an apology for waiting either. They also treat people like customers and not patients, pushing treatments and not cures.
I have had great care by the Doctors, but have experienced very unethical billing practices. I had a recent physical and after that was charged another $169.00, I disputed the bill and they told me it would stand. I then asked to talk to a supervisor, after calling 5 different times and leaving Dan in the business office several message I finally got through to him. He told me it did not matter if I brought the topic or not, if a Doctor asked me a question about medication they could charge more for the visit, very un ethica... read more
They refuse to get to the root of my issue. Just kept pushing laxatives. Will not be returning.
