This company in general does a lot of shady stuff, definitely caught them trying to fraudulently bill me. I asked for an itemized statement and they sent it to me. The next day my patient responsibility went down $275. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Also, if you overpay you need to call them and ask for a refund. When calling them they even admitted to if a person over pays and does not call they don't return the money. For a place to go to for care of people they are taking advantage of people. My son was billed an additional office visit as I asked about my sons nose as he was diagnosed with a deviation at age four. Asked his new doc. how it was looking in his preventative care appt. Doc. **** and said he diagnosed my son with his deviation at age 13. So they billed me ****** extra and woyld not remove it. They are taking money from families and lieing about childrens health.

Centracare bills for services not given. They trap you when you get a physical by asking if you have any health concerns. I asked a question about something since I was asked y the doctor, then after a 1-2 minute conversation, I decided to treat issue myself. Doctor even had said I would need another appointment if I actually wanted to do anything about the issue. I went to CentraCare for a mammogram. During the course of the procedure the technician told me to hold my breath, I did so. She then continued to adjust my breast on the plate for about 10 seconds and then started the machine. I was a bit nervous and had held my breath for a while when I had to exhale. The technician chewed me out for not holding my breath long enough and said she would have to go out to get a magnifying glass to see if the picture was good.
