I called in yesterday to get a appointment with a psychiatrist. I was told that the biggest health System in St Cloud is not excepting new patients at this time. And there was nothing they could do for me but refer me someplace else. I find it shameful a place like Centra Care can't find one hour every three months for me to do a medicine management appointment. Comfortable environment, classy place, wonderful staff both in front and in back. The staff is very friendly, patient and kind. In the lobby there is a place for kids to play with color sheets and toys and books, a tv, plenty of seating etc. A bathroom in the suite. Mindfully decorated. Peaceful and quiet but not pin drop quiet. They offer many types of therapy as well; art therapy, trauma therapy, everyday someone to talk to therapy etc... both men and women staff.
