Long and overdo review as I have many doctors and specialists I see, but I have been going here for therapy for quite some time and everyone I have encountered has always been very friendly, kind, caring, dedicated, and compassionate. I see Kayla for therapy and she has been amazing and Troy is also amazing as well. I want to make sure these providers know they are appreciated and too many people do not give enough appreciation and recognition to doctors and providers as they should.
Today I went to midsota. The female receptionist was a sweetheart and very accommodating. The male not so much but I sat in the office much longer with the woman interfacing with her. My therapist was Minnesota nice and wasn’t open for the truth and clarity I offered. She reframed it in a harmful way. Elena even called my energetic toddler nuts not once not twice but thrice. She’s unsafe for POC and should stand down from having a therapeutic relationship with them until she can see them as humans not as a guinea pig to path... read more
