We may stop taking new patients before our posted closing time if the number of patients that are waiting is more than we can see within our clinic hours. Very short wait time to be seen. Employees are professional and kind.
I got here right when they opened and waited about 20-30 minutes to get in. I definitely expected to wait longer, so I was pleasantly surprised! Once I was in a room, I was seen right away, and the staff were super efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience today!
I got there shortly after they opened, and everyone working there was very kind. There was a wait after getting checked in- but they acknowledged the wait, said they had gotten slammed, and apologized for it. I'd rather wait an hour in a room here than weeks to see my PCP for something I feel can't wait, and as long as I feel they're being communicative and kind, I don't mind a bit of a wait.
Extremely long wait time for urgent care!
Go there on Saturday at 9am and they were supposed to be open and no one there. Call and the call center says they are supposed to be open. Great way to do business CentraCare
