I will never go back to this place .Went there today with my son with a messed up eye they said they were going on dinner break and recommend we went to Paynesville
Female Dr. at Richmond clinic today was incredibly rude and short with young adult patient. Acts helpless and states "go to E.R." during appointment with positive influenza test and c/o back pain. Half a star isn't an option or that would be it.
CentraCare your only choice because of their monopoly on the area... Don't be surprised by the lack of help you receive. I avoid going to the doctor as much as I can BECAUSE of them, but not everyone is as lucky... I wish you all luck 🤞
