Refused to refill my medication because I was going to a chiropractor regularly at a different clinic and apparently that means I transferred care to a new primary. Also said they wouldn't refill it anyway because I need to be seen yearly... Already have been seen this year. They also scheduled my brother in the WRONG YEAR and refused to accommodate him after he drove 2 hours to his appointment. This place has lost my business forever.
They negate medical conditions & blame it on mental health issues. Making you feel like a pest when you're just trying to get answers & help. I'm sure they are understaffed & overworked but some of us require a little more help than others. They get frustrated with your frustration.
Dr. Vick and her team are the best! Excellent care, every time! We are so lucky, in this small community, to have a clinic! Everyone is kind and helpful. The physical therapy group is amazing as well!
