When we relocated here from the Twin Cities area I was out of network for my Palliative Care. I have a Mitochondrial Disease known as MELAS, it is a neurodegenerative condition. Along with that I have other health issues that have led to a decline of quality of life, which is why I am in Palliative. At Health Partners I had an amazing team.
