I am using somebody else's review below, as I could not explain it better. I arrived at a pain level of 6-7 and left with a pain level of 7-8 and given the advice for a toddler! In fact the 2 nurses gave me different instructions on what OVER the counter pain medication to take. And I had a witness see that interaction... The Triage nurse was a complete douchebag. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took the time to explain what to do and what to expect. She was the only good part of this experience. The nurses and doctors ALL had the attitude that the patient is a problem and they're annoyed that they have to help you. Boldly rude, demeaning and have zero empathy or care for the patient. You're just a problem they have to deal with to get through their day and get paid. This is a cultural issue and management needs to be held accountable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my son to the ER for back pain after a football injury. They did a CT scan and missed his fracture and sent us on our way. After pain continued we went to TCO they looked at the original scan and found the fracture with no issue! His fracture got worse in the time between appts as well.
