I was denied to bring my service dog inside. This all started when the CPS got involved. A disgruntled CPS worker decided to stir up trouble and told Centracare pediatrics that my dog is an emotional support pet. I told them that this wasn't true, then they said my dog nipped at someone, which is untrue. I got the ADA involved and was allowed to bring my dog. After filling out about 20 pages of paperwork (over 700 questions)and waiting 9 months for a Neuropsych eval for our kid we traveled 3 hours in bad weather to the 1st of 3 appointments. We arrived on time and the lady at the desk said our appointment was canceled.
