After filling out about 20 pages of paperwork (over 700 questions)and waiting 9 months for a Neuropsych eval for our kid we traveled 3 hours in bad weather to the 1st of 3 appointments. We arrived on time and the lady at the desk said our appointment was canceled. She summoned the woman who canceled the appointment who appeared after 10 or so minutes and said she tried calling the previous day. I LOVE CentraCare Pediatrics clinic. The staff are always friendly, professional, and understanding. I have 3 kids and live about 35-40 minutes from the clinic, and even when I am running late to appointments they still manage to make sure we are seen and are not rushed. They are great about squeezing you in as well if you need to be seen right away. We have seen multiple providers when our Primary is unavailable and we have enjoyed all of them!
