Great experience. Front desk. Nurses. Doctors. Medical assistants are very kind and helpful.
In late June 2021, I brought my 2 week old daughter to pediatrics urgent care. Only took about 15 minutes to get in. Once in, they did a couple tests and were very professional and kind. There was a nurse with us almost at all times. Once they got a positive rsv test, they took care of the rest. Called the hospital to get a bed, even the ambulance to have her transported there so I didn't have to mess with the oxygen tank, and there were nurses and Drs that stayed with us until she was out the door. Horrible experience at this clinic. Took my child for a sore throat and alls they pushed was covid and getting her tested for covid. After a strep test was negative. Kept pushing even when I said no many times she doesn't need a covid test. Doctor went to the point to get upset and tell me he won't give me a doctor's note to go back to school/daycare when I never even asked for one and I knew I wouldn't need a doctor's note. Will not be going back.
Doctors are thorough and attentive to patient needs and great at offering alternate options for treatments. Wait times are rather extensive in lobby and in office, typical visit runs at least 50+ minutes.
