I didn’t catch the name of the lady who took my phone call, but she was awesome! I fell down a flight of steps today and it was awkward timing because I don’t have the proper wrapping for it. I explained to her that I would like someone to look at it, but I’d appreciate it if I could come out with some proper wrapping. I’ve been spending my money on a lot of different but important things and since I’m trying to work my way toward payday, it meant a lot to me that they were willing to do that. I expect better from any business. When your hours state you are open, people make decisions based on that. It wastes my time and money to get there and limits my options to find something else when you turn me away. There are better ways to plan. It is lazy policy and poor business. Don’t let this be normalized.
3-Stars until I am done being sen here, I just got here… I’m having super high blood pressure issues and have been. Advised by several of my doctors to GO TO THE ER.. but I HATE the ER so it was suggested to go to an urgent care so here I am…. After testing if they say GO TO THE ER… Then I’ll go to the stupid ER.. :-/ But so far staff is pretty friendly. Although I was trying to explain everything (as fast as I could so I was t rambling on..) and was interrupted but i understand… she wanted me to get to the point… I get it.
They let me and my kid wait a hour in the waiting room to be checked in (after making the appointment) just to be told they dont take my insurance. The wait time could have been way less if the people in the front wouldnt have been talking to patients about how she got a house built and didnt like it. Hate to see if was a real emergency. Didn't even apologize.
