Had to go in to get stubborn wax out of my ears they were all patient and relieved my symptoms. Thank you nurse practitioner Beth and helpers 🙂
Terrible service my wife had an appointment, she called to see if I could get one as well, they said I could be seen, when we arrived the lady at the desk told me I couldn't be seen, then her co worker told her I could be seen, then she calls to the back to make sure no one was here that could work on back pain and told me I couldn't be seen as a walk in despite a child coming in behind me 5 mins later and was seen, the first and last time I will come here!
You should really only go here if you got a cold. There are no real doctors there. I can do what they do, go home take aspirin and don't call the morning.
Tameka and the front desk team are great. While all urgent care facilities get busy and can’t always see you right away, they were patient and explained the waiting process well. We were seen prior to our time and the place was clean and well kept. There
3-Stars until I am done being sen here, I just got here… I’m having super high blood pressure issues and have been. Advised by several of my doctors to GO TO THE ER.. but I HATE the ER so it was suggested to go to an urgent care so here I am…. After testing if they say GO TO THE ER… Then I’ll go to the stupid ER.. :-/ But so far staff is pretty friendly. Although I was trying to explain everything (as fast as I could so I was t rambling on..) and was interrupted but i understand… she wanted me to get to the point… I get it.
