receptionist women is very rude, always grumpy!
The apartment is spacious and nice to live in. However, it does not have a good river view anymore since the student apartment is built. I used to be able to see highrises in CBD from the balcony. The management team was changed a few months ago. The previous manager was nice and easy to approach. The current management is not so good at all. Needed to wait for days to get an email response. Tenants in Centra have definitely changed significantly. Lots of tenants have moved out. New tenants were not as good as previous ones.... read more
