When I first engaged Centra, I was discouraged and frustrated as I went to another physical therapy (OrthoVirginia on Atherholt) and had made NO progress. My experience with Centra was completely different and I am happy to say that my situation was resolved. I saw Jamie for tendonitis and she was great! She immediately sensed that I was not fully diagnosed correctly. She had a sense that a pinched nerve was also part of the issue. They were wonderful! Helped me get back to the things I love after transplant and now again after torn meniscus surgery. Great staff! Excellent care.
