Can't keep appointments straight always changing. Waited 4 months for a referral to get a MRI
Called after I cut myself with a nail.. bleeding quite a bit.. I called about a Tetanus shot.. Honestly, they had no clue..none.!!!! She didn't even know what a Tetanus shot was.??? I Don't recommend going there.. The front desk woman was TOTALLY clueless.. She couldn't answer one question.. Before I finished my sentence she hung up on me.. Ugh.. Off to the ER.. A simple thing like a tetanus shot.??????
If you go to this place, you best get there when they open before they " meet their daily quota" I was turned away last night at 7:35 pm because they had meet their quota for the day !!! According to the receptionist. I will never go back to this joint and never recommend it to anyone .
The staff ignored my illness and made me wait 2 hours cough barking and hacking knowing I felt and looked terrible just for them to test me and not even give me an actual diagnosis, then send me home. Mind you I stayed very sick for about two weeks after I went. They did not listen to me my concerns about my condition and just did a half baked job. I will no longer be receiving care here, maybe next time you guys should actually treat your patients with respect especially if they are already feeling crappy.
Went there cause I was feeling very sick. Had flu like symptoms. The doctor that came in little lady was very rude. She didn't run any test or anything. She told me no point in running any test. She was rushing me out like she didn't care. I will no longer go back to them no matter how bad I feel
