Incompetent or lazy? I would say both. They do not read patient histories. They do not address concerns even in person. Repeatedly prescribed the same medication under different names that they already new his insurance wouldn't cover. Told them this repeatedly. The only way for them to care less about their poor quality of care would be to put forth an effort. From experience they put forth zero effort in any aspect of care
