On May 5, 2022, during the pre-surgery period, a nurse came down from the OR, I presume (but it could have been any random person), and immediately decided she had to shave my genitals and groin area. I had never seen this nurse before and she just, literally, came into my room. Dr. Gibbs is the best doctor I have ever been to. He always helps me out when I am having health issues and cannot get them straight with supposed specialists. I would recommend to anyone who wants a doctor who actually cares about his patients.

I went to Lynchburg General At 10:30 with back and kidney pain. I was the 4th one in the waiting room. 3 hours later and about 40 more people in the waiting room I was never called back and was told they couldn't tell me when that might be. They had signs up saying you had to wear a mask, there was a lady coughing and vomiting in the bathroom, she came out without a mask to get a towel and returned to the bathroom, I mentioned it to staff, no one checked on her. I was very happy with my end results and what I accomplished at this facility i was extremely happy with Courtney my therapist. She did above and beyond what I expected and very professional as well as the other staff. My knees was the problem and at the end I was much better. Thank you so much!

My first birth over a year ago went very well despite some doctors I met not having very good bedside manners. The nurses were helpful and took care of me very well. However recently when I went my birthing experience was awful. The nurse I had was rude and conceited. She didn't take care of me very well at all. I voiced my concerns to her and she ignored every single one. She had me so drugged up I was barely aware of what was happening and she moved me around like I was a doll. I would give less than one star if I could. I paid for the birth of my daughter in advance as we do not have insurance. They gave me a self-pay discount for paying in advance and said that if I paid in advance, I would not have to pay anymore unless I had an emergency service like a c-section. I had a complication-free birth and now four months later I've received bills totaling almost $5,000. When I emailed asking about the charges, they said sometimes their estimates are off.
