On May 5, 2022, during the pre-surgery period, a nurse came down from the OR, I presume (but it could have been any random person), and immediately decided she had to shave my genitals and groin area. I went to Lynchburg General At 10:30 with back and kidney pain. I was the 4th one in the waiting room. 3 hours later and about 40 more people in the waiting room I was never called back and was told they couldn't tell me when that might be. They had signs up saying you had to wear a mask, there was a lady coughing and vomiting in the bathroom, she came out without a mask to get a towel and returned to the bathroom, I mentioned it to staff, no one checked on her.
