They don’t want to honor their warranties. I called several times and it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix something that I knew was covered. Finally did it after talking to 2-3 people. Now the biggest thing, I had it appeared to be snow leaking from the roof and they said it wasn’t covered under warranty. I hadn’t been in my brand new house for 5yrs. If I could give a one star I would. Mind you I rarely ever leave a review for anything. Bought a house with them last year thinking I was making an investment to my family future. They promised a one year new build warranty. I thought well that should ease my concern but no. I have made numerous claims thus far the major being for my master bathroom.
