Horrible Customer Service. They don't answer the phone, they don't return voicemail messages and they don't respond to email requests. Don't even know how they remain in business. Steer clear of this outfit.
Terrible craftsmanship and even worse customer experience. Highly recommend using any builder besides Centra.
We built in 2020 and after the first year all of the flooring needed to be replaced because it was separating, which was covered by centra under our warranty. It ended up separating in small areas again last year and the flooring company came out to glue pieces back together. Now, there are pieces literally popping up and lifting. We have contacted centra and of course, they are no help. We are going to contact corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable.
