I want to give this emergency room a zero. The audacity of them to call it an ER. For an environment that’s supposed to be for the people, the hospital ER treat the patients waiting like trash. I’ve been waiting for five 5hrs, YES 5 hours!! I went and ask how long it will be and the nurse acted like she was loin the computer , to only communicate that she doesn’t know and that they are waiting for a free room/bed. I arrived here with my 25 year old daughter at around 11:00. My daughter is experiencing extreme back pain that traveled to her pelvis and side. We expected her to be treated as an emergency that it is. The nurse for better words that checked her in was extremely rude from our 1st interaction. She literally showed no caring or compassion.The lady at the front desk was useless and sounded like a recording. My daughter is in such severe pain that her body was trembling in response. Big shoutout to everyone working in the ER and for EMS. I know a lot of people have negative things to say about this place because of the wait, but I promise, if you can cope with the waiting period and get called back, its not as bad. The doctors are really sweet and so are the nurses. All the nurses need a raise bc every single time we come in, they're always helping me out with my kid even though hes a little bad ass 🤭 I have nothing negative to say about our visits honestly. I've always been treated very well here by very nice ER people . I only go there for emergencies.
Why In the world does it take all day and still have not had the MRI ..ITS CALLED EMERGENCY ROOM ..which means its a EMERGENCY..It makes no sense and if yjey that far behind then they need more MRI machines..My mom didnt go to the E R to lay there and eat jello all day..something has got to be done about this..
