Had very severe chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness. When they said EKG was normal they sent me back to wait and we waited for doctors results. Had to wait six whole hours before being seen. Nurses ignored me. Left me waiting for so long. I had to be the one to ask multiple people to get the doctor. It was so bad. The worst experience I’ve ever had in an Emergency room.
Presented w severe abdominal pain and sat in triage with no one speaking to us or making eye contact for 30 minutes and they were not that busy. As a physician, it disgusted me. Kindness when you are having pain or are scared goes a long way.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the excessively long wait times for patients at your facility. My father, who requires immediate attention due to a partially dislodged PICC line, has been waiting since 6:00 PM, and as of 11:21 PM, he is still waiting to be seen. I am currently sitting in this ER and have been for 3 hours waiting to be taken care of. I am having extreme abdominal pains and it feels like my stomach is ripping and they do not care. Poor service.
