Came in with skyrocketing bloodpressure and pulse, enough that the EMTs booked it to the hospital. Waited for 7 hours with no treatment, no check up, wasn't told if could eat or drink anything. Nothing given for blood pressure or pulse. Left and went to another ER 30 minutes away.
Had some symptoms and decided to head to ER 8am Saturday morning. Every staff member was extremely kind and caring. Was discharged 3 hours later with prescription. Facilities were clean and all staff was kind! Level of care was exactly what it should be!
0/5 Stars. All the reviews are warning you - listen to them. The wait is unworldly long, you start to take piety on the other patients in the waiting room. We arrived at 8pm and left at 6:30am. We received ZERO answers until the last hour, we were worried about my grandfather during those 10 hours and were offered no explanations. And it wasn’t just us. Tried to reach someone via phone to get a status update on a relative. No answer, even in the EMERGENCY LINE, though this is advertised as 24/7 service. Im calling from abroad. Reached neighbors, colleagues with no problem. Healthcare facility? Must be the new America I keep hearing about
You might be better off WebMDing yourself. A friend of mine came when experiencing bleeding while pregnant. She was there waiting to hear if her baby was alive or not. They told her “If your miscarrying we can’t do anything anyways” She ended up leaving after NINE HOURS, messaging her primary, and waiting to hear back if her baby was alive. The baby was okay! But- how scary for an expecting mother to have no clues for HOURS if her baby is alive. You’d get better treatment walking up to a stranger on the street. Save yourself... read more
