Tried to reach someone via phone to get a status update on a relative. No answer, even in the EMERGENCY LINE, though this is advertised as 24/7 service. Im calling from abroad. Reached neighbors, colleagues with no problem. Healthcare facility? Must be the new America I keep hearing about

You might be better off WebMDing yourself. A friend of mine came when experiencing bleeding while pregnant. She was there waiting to hear if her baby was alive or not. They told her “If your miscarrying we can’t do anything anyways” She ended up leaving after NINE HOURS, messaging her primary, and waiting to hear back if her baby was alive. The baby was okay! But- how scary for an expecting mother to have no clues for HOURS if her baby is alive. You’d get better treatment walking up to a stranger on the street. Save yourself... read more

My husband went their with chest pains,stomach pains and vomiting. After 6 hours we didn't know no more than when we first got their. His pain was a 9 out of 10. They did EKG and CT scan. Sent us back to waiting room. They claimed they ordered something for pain never got it. Problemn not enough staff or room for patients. Waiting time you wait in waiting room thinking when they call you back they ready to see you. Wrong you wait another hour or two hours. Went to ER after referral from walk-in treatment center for dehydration. Got in, taken to the back, ER doctor asked why I was there, got IV all within 20 minutes of arrival. That's where things went down hill. Was on IV drip for about an hour. Had to tell nurse that it was empty and beginning to hurt. Asked what was supposed to happen next. No one could tell me anything except to mumble about no free beds. "Why would I need a bed" I asked since I was there for dehydration. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sent to the ER by urgent care at 1:30 pm. I was dealing with immense pain in an awkward location, I could not sit or stand and was told there was nowhere for me to lay down. Triaged at 3:30. My pain was getting worse with every hour that went by. Everybody else had been seen again for a reassessment except me.
