Poor communication. Long wait times. Think the longest I’ve had to wait was 2 hours before I met my doctor. Wouldn’t recommend they’ll have you waiting in the lobby for 3-5 consecutive business days

Yes, this is another review about how terrible the wait is. It is also a review imploring employers who care about their employees to SEND THEM ELSEWHERE. This facility is exploiting people who don’t have a choice of where to go because their employers contract with them. This facility has three years of reviews complaining about the same problem, so it is apparent that patients have no power. It is in the hands of employers to make the change. The doctors here have repeatedly attempted to deny my fiance his DOT medical card even though he has successfully jumped through every hoop they put him through, costing us hundreds of dollars out of our own pockets. They then proceeded to say that the doctor's note they required him to get isn't proof enough, even though they are the ones that said it was all he needed. This doctor's office is a money grubbing company that care nothing about the people they see or the livelihoods of their patients.
