Centimark roofing company did not solve roofing leaks as pledged in their and our contract. Harbor Hill is an assisted living company with approximately 80 residents that require safe premises. To date as of April 2022 the workmanship was wholly inadequate. Leaks are still present and ceiling tiles are replaced after each and every moderate rain. this company does not inform you of all there hidden fees before doing business with you. They charge you for trip charges. Once arrive on site and your not there they will wait until you arrive and charge you for that time. Does not call you the day before informing you that you are scheduled for service. They where on site and I signed there work ticket for 1.5 hours 2 men and I was charged 7 hours of labor over $600.00
