Commercial and private owned businesses beware doing business with Centimark! I was dealing with a leak in my facility for multiple months that was supposedly repaired by Centimark finally solved it by bringing in an actual professional company! I was tired of waiting for a guy to come out when he did he denied warranty and said they had no records when I had everything and the only company called to my facility was Centimark. Serious roof leak at Reserve on Washington causing over 2 inches of water to come through. Refused to cooperate with insurance and has spent over a month trying to cover up their failed sealing of the roof. Pay out the tenants who are displaced.
