Our home for 2 years on Alberta Lane was extremely well maintained before we rented and attentively managed by Doug, our property manager. The weather of hail, wind and yard problems caused by nature were quickly resolved, often before we had time to do the work order. Neighborhood is very friendly and caring.
Renting from Doug and Centex Sunshine Realty has been a great experience. When I needed to find a home, doug's response time was efficient and made the process smooth. He is positive, understanding and always accommodating. I have no complaints and I highly recommend centex sunshine realty along with Doug. 5 stars!
