I've had many AC technicians at my house. Sawyer was the most thorough of them all. I'd give him ten stars if it was available.
Sawyer Barrow tech for Centex Air and Heating came out to trouble shoot an issue that was causing a new AC unit that was installed by another company which did excellent work, however it wasn't cooling. He covered all areas of the unit from refrigerant diagnostics to evaporator and inches of water column of air movement and couldn't find any issues. With that said, possible power surge could have tripped condenser unit. Sawyer was great and truly understood our concerns and at this time no issues with cooling.
