The staff at Centex Mechanical Air and Heat are very professional. They arrive when they said they would. They come in ready to work and inform me of the actions they are taking. The twice yearly checks allow me to know that my systems are working correctly and it reduces chances of emergencies.
We bought a new house in Mueller and needed to get the systems checked out and a maintenance contract in place. I tried a new HVAC firm recommended by another and all they did was try to sell me a new system...ours was about to die, any temp fixes would make it worse, etc. I fired them and went back to Centex who we had used before for home and rental property. It was time for the annual checkup of all 3 of my systems and Sawyer was awesome. He was on time, polite, respectful of both myself & my home and VERY detail oriented!
