Thank you, Travis for rescuing this damsel in distress who was in the midst of a black-water sewer line overflow at my home when I discovered water leaking from the AC unit. He drove out immediately from Bastrop to South Austin to diagnose and correct the problem. I greatly appreciated his compassion and reassurance in explaining this was not part of the existing disaster, but merely a clogged drain line.
