We were charged for after hours without being told and it was not after hours. The tech stayed so little that he couldn't find a problem. Two days later we called another company and they were able to fix it.

If you've ever worked in the service industry, you know the difference between someone who simply replaces equipment and someone who truly takes care of the customer. As someone who has spent years leading service teams, my expectations are pretty high. I expect clear communication, honesty, professionalism, and people who educate instead of pressure. Travis was very thorough while completing the cooling check up. Was also very responsive to questions asked of him. He alerted me to an issue which will require a future appointment. Will request Travis as the technician at that time.

Travis came out to review my issues with HVAC. He was very good at suggestions on resolving the problems and very professional, and took his time to answer questions. Very kind person.
