The sales folks we dealt with were personable to deal with most of the time. We had a long time issue with getting the correct shower installed. The workmanship inside the home was decent. We have uneven walls in a couple of places & our toilet in the 1/2 bath was not put in straight. The warranty department was responsive and fixed our issues correctly & in a timely manner. The neighbors are very nice people who are taking an interest in our Falls Crest community. Our home is perfect for our needs.
Many of us buyers had unsatisfactory experiences with the way Pulte handled warranty and cosmetic issues after purchase. Problems that were presented to the Pulte representative went unresolved such as a loud squeaky garage door and mismatch in molding. All our neighbors are friendly and share a feeling that this is a wonderful retirement community. We have a monthly get-together to reacquaint and share topics for discussion. This single level living is much better than the multi-storied houses that we left.
Great neighbors who care for one another.
