At Bayada Home Health care, we work with the CENTERWELL SENIOR PRIMARY CARE very frequently, DOCTORS are an amazing physician with her patients. The office staff is a great team. You will not be disappointed using this CENTERWELL
DR.lianes Hernandez,Jaziel Will not care when you tell him your HIPAA rights are being violated false medical information from being assaulted . If you expect this primary care office to support you they will not they will lie and make false medical reports not respecting your HIPAA rights. This is important.. This is a dangerous place for someone to seek medical care.
UPDATE on the Update: Sorry for the delay in the promised update. I am happily no longer with CenterWell. IMHO the only good thing about this very poor quality clinic was "let go". The firing of Dr. Stanton was the final straw. Apparently he spoke out about some of the serious issues involving patient care and he didn't get his contract renewed.
