DR.lianes Hernandez,Jaziel Will not care when you tell him your HIPAA rights are being violated false medical information from being assaulted . If you expect this primary care office to support you they will not they will lie and make false medical reports not respecting your HIPAA rights. This is important.. This is a dangerous place for someone to seek medical care.
UPDATE on the Update: Sorry for the delay in the promised update. I am happily no longer with CenterWell. IMHO the only good thing about this very poor quality clinic was "let go". The firing of Dr. Stanton was the final straw. Apparently he spoke out about some of the serious issues involving patient care and he didn't get his contract renewed. I love this place. Everyone is polite, sweet and very happy to help, especially if you have a disabilty. Even the contractors (Jo-ellen💜). Kudos to doctors Hernandez and Dr. Charlene!!! And Nick too! Go, you won't regret it🩺🩼🩻💉💊
October 3rd at 9:30 I was at Honor Health for a Spinal Tap!! From parking car to reception area, blood work, nurses, Dr Chen , PA Gina, Nurse Tamara , X-ray Maggie and Eric !! Such a wonderful group of people !! I was a nervous wreck and they made me feel so uncomfortable!! Thank you so much!! Deborah L. Celani
