Trying to reach them and no answer and wrong info
This is a modern and professional office. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, arrived early for an appointment - was admitted late and then sat for more than half-an-hour with no word or input there was an emergency. The place was not overly busy but finally just left - and it was new doctor/PA replacing the previous - third time in the year of going there -
If you care for your seniors, run away from this place. My parents were going there last year and it's the worst I've ever seen. The place is geogeous, compare to others, but care is extremely poor. First of all, you can't call directly to the Brownsville office, they have a central office that will take a message and direct it to the office and they will contact you back, which may or may not happen and you have to call again and leave a message again.
