I walked in a new patient. The whole staff was great! They treated me with respect and kindness! Dr West was great! I never had a doctor so thorough and kind. He took time with me and Listened. His nurse Bree was great also. She made me feel comfortable. She was so caring and warm. I loved the experience there. This is theCenterWell in Casselberry. I also love How they have everything right and they’re in the office like blood test Etc. I can’t say enough about Dr. West and Bree❤️
Up until a few months ago I would have rated Centerwell Casselberry 5 stars. Due to switching insurance companies, all my specialists and much needed oxygen equipment must now have referrals by my primary care which is at this location. It is impossible to get any communication to or from the referral department. Messages are left, no return phone call. It can take four days before referral is processed by Centerwell, then another two to three days for referral to be processed by receiving office. Business days mind you, add... read more
I had the worst experience today with a representative which I informed that I was out of my medication. Then someone from the the office called me at 2:45 right as I just got home, saying that I have to stop by and sign something due to new policy or something. I called upset and spoke with Julia which denied me the option to complain. The only employee that has always treated me with respect is Kim and my doctor.Extremely unprofessional staff. Dr. West and his Nurse Brie are wonderful they are so friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. West listens to his patients he is very kind.
